This site and the sport-gps application let a person import the activity files their own device recorded, and look at what those files contain.
What this service is not
It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical, nutritional or training advice. It describes recorded data. Every decision about training, rest, diet or health is yours and, where relevant, your doctor's or your coach's.
Intellectual property
The software, the interface and the texts belong to the controller. The activity files you upload and the data derived from them remain yours. Uploading them grants no ownership: it grants only the permission needed to store them and to show them back to you.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. Figures such as training load or fitness trend are calculations over data your device recorded, with the assumptions each one made stated on screen. They are descriptions, not predictions, and they carry the errors of the device that produced them.
